Behind the Seas Tour

We absolutely encourage you to use your phone to show us your tickets.  There is no need to print the email or barcodes.  Our contactless turnstiles will allow you to scan the barcode right from your phone.

We ask that you have your phone ready with your email pulled up once you pass through security.  Please note that Sleepover Tickets are not viable for entry until 6:00pm, but allow for all day admission the morning after the sleepover.

Showtime Pictures snaps photos as you enter the aquarium and during animal encounters.

Then as you leave the aquarium, you will see our custom photo kiosks where you can view and print your pictures immediately.

No, they will not be required. While we encourage all guests to wear masks during their visit, they are not required at this time.

All participants will meet at the desk on the second floor next to the Ray Touch Pool. A Behind the Seas Tour sign will identify the tour. The tour guide will arrive 10 minutes before the tour start time. All tours leave on time. Guests arriving up to 5 minutes late will be escorted to join the rest of the tour already in progress. No refunds will be issued for missing part or all of a tour.

No food or drink is allowed on the tour.

All tours are subject to change due to medical procedures or other unforeseen circumstances.

Date changes must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time of the tour.

There are no refunds for no-shows.

Payment in full is required at the time of booking. Booking can be made online, by calling Georgia Aquarium at 404.581.4444 or by visiting the ticket window.

Tours may consist of up to 18 guests.

No high heels are allowed on the tour.

All tours can be booked by individuals or by a group. Any guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
